Duties and Taxes:

For international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Vinny Star Style is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly.

Return Policy

At Vinny Star Style, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility for Returns:

 

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

• Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.

• Sale and discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. All purchases made at a discount are considered final sale.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

To request a return, please email us at contact@vinnystarstyle.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your returned item.

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
